Increasing Performance and Motivating Staff for Middle Management

Ida Greene

As a leader, supervisor, or health care professional, you affect the behavior of persons working with you and under your leadership. Their performance is a direct result of your beliefs, attitude, and behavior. Likewise, your work ethics match your performance. And if you are performing at a high level, your employees will attempt to approximate what you do. People try to emulate and please the person to whom they are accountable. When you are excited, motivated, full of energy to improve and excel, your workers will be also. You can increase the performance of others by setting a high standard of performance for them to emulate. Therefore you must first motivate yourself. And you must maintain your joy and enthusiasm by working daily on your self-esteem. Constantly seek ways to increase your personal power by being a better person, a kind, sensitive, caring, humane person. The better you are as a role model, the greater will be your influence over others. Learn how to Light the Fire Within YouTM to increase and maximize your performance and others'.
