Improvement of Organizational Performance: A Holistic Approach to Quality Management in Home Health Care ServicesImprovement of organizational performance describes a quality management approach that here is applied to home health care service. The article defines improvement of organizational performance and demonstrates how to utilize functions and dimensions of performance to measure and assess the organization's performance of the functions necessary for it to provide quality patient care.
