Benchmarking from a Home Health Care Perspective

Benchmarking and reengineering have been proceeded by the productivity efforts such as those of the Florida Hospital Home Care Association. Data collection and analysis by the 11 represented home care agencies resulted in the development of a practical book, Innovative Benchmarking: A Practical Approach to Improving Productivity. The practical applications, implications for the future, and appendices will provide a foundation for ongoing productivity and benchmarking efforts.
