Treading the path of interdisciplinary boundaries: A community health care approach to rehabilitation services in the home

The author explores role definitions of the rehabilitation service providers in the home health care setting and shares the experience of one agency in the development and implementation of a rehabilitation nursing program. Included is an RN job definition, direct service responsibilities of the rehab role, and criteria for patient admission.
