The Accidental Employer: Obligations of Trusts and/or Trustees When Using Placement Agencies to Meet Trust Obligations

This article addresses the obligations and the liabilities to consumers hiring care providers through placement agencies or registries. The article discusses briefly the primary issues that potentially arise as a result of this type of care-giver provision.
