Reflections on Leadership Style

It has been said that leaders are born, not made. Perhaps some individuals are more comfortable leading than are others, yet home care managers at all levels must direct and provide leadership for their staff. This article will describe a number of leadership styles and will discuss leadership techniques to help home care managers be effective.
