The Culture of AdolescenceThis article focuses on the culture of adolescence from the social constructionist view and stages of development as described by the experts in developmental theory. Issues are explored regarding the self-concept and "voice" of the adolescent and implications for the home health care professional. Suggestions for the use of health behavior change theory are briefly outlined.
