Marketing: A Practical Method for Developing Your Growth Plans

Marketing planning is a critical task for homecare agencies. Marketing planning includes understanding the role of marketing in the business, an indepth understanding of customers and competitors, and the development of a competitive advantage. This article details the process by which agencies need to follow to develop a successful plan and one that can be implemented to generate desired revenue. It also includes several charts that can be completed in order to build a functional marketing plan.
